Charles is Chief Executive Officer of @vibe media where he is responsible for guiding the company's strategic vision and business growth. Charles provides overall company leadership and direction and is directly responsible for the management and on-boarding of @vibe's portfolio startup companies. Charles resides in Austin Texas with his wife Lauren.

Steve provides technical leadership expertise as an advisor to @vibe media. Steve is currently VP of Product Development at the Rosso Corp, an Austin Ventures seed funded startup in the consumer space. Formerly, he served as Vice President of Development and Technology at FiveRuns, a well regarded Austin startup focused on Rails management. Previously, Steve served in technology leadership roles at Sapling Systems, SAIC and Excite@home.

As Chief Marketing Officer, Kevin oversees partner development for @vibe and its portfolio companies and is instrumental in shaping overall product strategy and solutions. In addition, he provides strategy leadership and direct oversight of company expansion within European geographies and new vertical markets. Kevin makes his home in Hamburg Germany.
